Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aba Quizy (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Aba Quizy is

Aba Quizy is an online exam-preparation platform for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB®). We provide practice questions, mock exams, flashcards, analytics, and study tools.

Aba Quizy is an independent study tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the BACB. BACB® is a registered trademark of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, used here only to identify the certifications our content prepares you for.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms on your behalf. You also confirm that the information you provide during registration is accurate.

3. Your account

Accounts are personal. You may not share your credentials, transfer your account to another person, or let someone else use your account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password safe. Notify us immediately at abaquizy@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, redistribute, or republish Aba Quizy questions, explanations, or other content.
• Use bots, scrapers, automated tools, or browser automation to collect content from the platform.
• Attempt to extract correct answers or rationales for offline use.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the API outside of the official client.
• Defeat or interfere with rate limits, integrity signals, or anti-cheat mechanisms.
• Use the Service to harass, impersonate others, or upload unlawful content.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including export controls and BACB ethics requirements.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, and we may forfeit any remaining access without refund in the case of serious or repeated abuse.

5. Purchases and access

Aba Quizy sells access to study packages on a one-time basis. Each package grants access to a specified set of exams, flashcards, and tools for a fixed duration (for example, 30, 60, or 90 days), starting on the date of purchase. We do not auto-renew or charge recurring subscriptions unless clearly labeled as such at checkout. All purchases are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card information.

Prices are shown in the currency listed on the pricing page and may change from time to time. The price you see at the moment of checkout is the price you pay.

6. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 25% of the included content (for example, completed more than 25% of the practice questions in a package). To request a refund, email us at abaquizy@gmail.com from the email associated with your purchase. Refunds outside this window are at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Aba Quizy — questions, explanations, flashcards, code, design, branding, and the user interface — is owned by Aba Quizy or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own study purposes during your access period. You receive no other rights.

8. Your feedback

If you report a question issue, suggest an improvement, or otherwise send us feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the Service. We will not publish your name with feedback without your permission.

9. No guarantee of exam results

Aba Quizy is a study aid. We work hard to produce high-quality content, but we do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any BACB examination or in any specific score. You remain solely responsible for your study plan and your exam outcome.

10. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may schedule maintenance, deploy updates, or temporarily restrict features. We may also discontinue the Service or a specific feature; in that case, we will provide reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund for unused access if applicable.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Aba Quizy and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. On termination, the licenses granted to you end and the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability).

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aba Quizy is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to sue locally.
